Dear Santa Letters—- Let your children write Santa and get a hand-written letter back. Bring your letters to Santa’s mailbox at the City Hall until the Monday, December 18th. Santa and his helpers will respond personally by mail. Please make sure your child’s letter has a clear name and return address on it.

Annual Santa City Party: Monday, December 11th at 6: PM Come tell Santa all your Holiday wishes at the Dance Hall. We will be serving milk and donuts until 7:00 PM, Santa will arrive on the fire truck. Please bring a letter to Santa to put in Santa Mailbox. (be sure to include return address)

Election Results: Congratulations to our new Mayor David D. Taylor and our two Council members Casey Anderson and Mike Jarman.

Fairview Senior Citizens: Christmas Dinner will be served December 13th at 6:00 pm. This will be the only meeting this month. Bring your own dishes, come and join the Senior Citizens. Merry Christmas to all. Cost will be $7.50

Fairview City Office will be closed from noon on December 22nd thru the 25th. The silver drop box labeled City Bills is located in the parking lot behind City hall and is available for utility payments. The office will be closed January 1st. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Business Owners It is time to renew your Fairview City business license, please arrange to renew your license by the end of January 2018.

MUSEUM NEEDS HELP!!       We need volunteers to host various days. It’s fun, friendly, and easy–Please call the Museum for more information, please: 427-9216

Fairview City is accepting applications for volunteers to serve on the Fire Department. We are looking for both men and women. Note: You need to have a good driving record and have no felony convictions. Please come to the City Hall/Fire Department located at 165 North State Street on Tuesday nights at 19:00hours or 7:00 pm. Dog Tags   Remember your 2018 dog tags are now due. All dogs in Fairview City are required to have a tag. $10 per dog, after March 2018 fee is $20

Utility Shut Offs   All DELINQUENT accounts will be shut off the 20th of each month; if delinquent please pay before the 20th to avoid shut off and a reconnect fee of $100.
