Notice of Public Hearing
Fairview City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public input for creating an enterprise zone. The purpose for an enterprise zone is that it gives businesses incentives such as tax concessions which are offered to encourage business investment and provide jobs for their residents. The proposed zone would include all the area within Fairview City limits.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 7:35 p.m. at the Fairview City Council Room, 85 South State Street, Fairview, Utah. If unable to attend this public hearing, Fairview City will accept written comment(s) delivered or mailed to Fairview City Hall, 85 South State, P.O. Box 97, Fairview, Utah 84629.
