Public Notice-Special City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given to members of the Fairview City Council and public that a special council meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. This meeting will be held in the City Council Room of the Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street.
The purpose of the special council meeting is to approve a parameter resolution for the Consideration for and adoption of a Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Fairview City and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of Project.
