Notice is hereby given that Fairview City Council will hold a Special City Council Meeting and Public Hearing on the 21st of February 2023, at the Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street, Fairview, Utah, which meeting shall begin at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:

1. Call to Order – Mayor Pro-Tempore Matt Sorensen
2. Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance – By Invitation
3. Public Hearing
   1. Open Public Hearing to Receive Comment on the Proposed “East Fairview Annexation” for
      Properties Located North/East and East of Fairview City Corporate Boundaries
   2. Close Public Hearing and Reconvene into City Council Meeting
4. Introduction and Adoption of Resolutions and Ordinances:
   1. Ordinance No. 2022-05; Annexing Specific Property to Fairview City, Sanpete County, State of Utah
5. Adjournment
