PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 24, 2020, the Mayor and City Council of Fairview City, adopted a resolution declaring its intention to issue its Parity Water Revenue Bonds. A public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds on April 23, 2020, 7:30 p.m.
In the event traditional meetings are being discouraged because of the COVID -19 or other rules, regulations or executive orders, those wishing to participate in the public hearing may call the following number (435) 427-0233, PIN access 1515, prior to the meeting to connect to the meeting or receive instructions to do so. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Bonds. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
The purpose of the meeting is to work on the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2020, ending June 30, 2021

Due to COVID-19, Fairview City has canceled all July 24th events except for the fireworks. The firework display will be displayed from the cemetery. Skyline Mountain Resort will hold its golf tournament.
