Notice of Budget Hearing
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. in the council room of the City Hall located at 85 South State in Fairview. Purpose of the public hearing is to: (1) adopt the new budget for fiscal year 2020/2021, (2) open and amend the budget for the current year, and (3) adopt the certified-tax rate proposed by Sanpete County. All interested persons are invited to join the meeting by calling the following number 435-427-0233, PIN access 1515 where all will be given an opportunity to be heard for or against the estimates of revenue and expenditures or any item thereof in the tentative budget of any fund. Copies of the proposed budget will be available for review at the City Hall during regular business hours or on Fairviewcity.com. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Jan Anderson, City Recorder, 435-427-3858, at least three (3) days prior to this meeting.
