Pubic Hearing Notice
Fairview City Council gives notice that on February 21, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street, Fairview, Utah, concerning the proposed East Fairview Annexation of private real property within the following:
Parts of Section 36, T13S, R4E; Section 31, T13S, R5E; Section 1, T14S, R4E; Section 6, T14S, R5E; Section 12, T14S, R4E; Section 1, T14S, R4E; Section 6, T14S. R5E; and Section 12, T14S, R4E Salt Lake Base & Meridian.
The complete legal description and map are available for review online at Fairviewcity.com or at Fairview City Hall. A written protest may be sent to Fairview City, P.O. Box 97, Fairview, Utah 84629, or dropped off at the City Hall. A written protest may also be accepted at the public hearing.
