FAIRVIEW RODEO GROUNDS UPGRADE PROJECT – BLEACHERS / STANDS

RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids will be accepted at the Office of Fairview City, 85 S State Street, Fairview, Utah 84629 or by email at recorder@fairviewcity.com. Bids will be accepted from Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2024, for Fairview Rodeo Grounds Upgrade Project. .

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  Contractor will need to remove approximately 20,000 feet of wood bleachers / stand seating and replace them with approximately 20,000 feet of 1-foot-wide aluminum bench plank. Some maintenance and repair will need to be done on rusting/aging areas of the metal bleacher / stand framing. Painting of this metal frame would also be preferred, if possible, within the budget of Fairview City. Construction is expected to begin around April-May of 2024. 

LOCATION OF WORK: The worksite is located at the Rodeo Grounds on the south end of Fairview, Utah.
